About Face Boot Camp will be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at 5am. Evening sessions will also be offered on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45pm. Registration is ongoing.
Classes will be led by Michael Prince (Co-owner, 360 Fitness) and Johnny Barrera (Fitness Director, 360 Fitness). Michael is both a U.S. Air Force Veteran and Certified Personal Trainer. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Texas. His skills and experience in the combined fields of fitness, military and medicine make him one of the foremost experts in the fitness industry. About Face Boot Camp blends a variety of disciplines in order to provide you with a well-rounded fitness regimen designed to improve your strength, muscular tone, flexibility, range of motion, heart and lung health, energy levels throughout the day, decrease your bodyfat, and enhance your quality of life!
