With a variety of classes, we know you’ll find something that interests you. Here is an overview of each class—but we welcome you to come try everything! You never know what you’ll like best until you experience it. Check out the Class Schedule.

Class Descriptions


It’s been proven over and over that shocking the muscles with a variety of exercises, angles, repetition schemes, and routines will help re-shape and improve musculature and functionality. With overlapping routines, X Fit allows the body to build and improve upon the staple exercises (presses, squats, and rows), while adding in functional movements and stability and quickness exercises. Ready to take your muscles to the extreme? Then X Fit is for you!


Workout to an inspiring soundtrack that will lift your spirit, transform your body, and clear your mind. Using rhythm as the ultimate guide, your instructor will take you on a musical trip of a lifetime.


You guessed it, body-sculpting cardio along with an awesome torso-firming abdominal workout. Not only will you build those washboard abs, you’ll also carve away the body fat obscuring them! Cycle/Core is a great way to maintain your physical activity in-between weight training sessions.


This class features a strong and fundamental approach to the Yoga practice, designed to align your joints, muscles, and bones with a focus on correct postures and technique; a great introduction to Yoga for newcomers or a solid choice for seasoned returners. Slow Flow will take you smoothly through challenging poses and then gently through some much-needed flexibility work. And trust us…you need it.


Head back to the barre with this intense, full-body workout inspired by ballet, but geared toward bringing out your inner athlete. This 1-hour class will leave you feeling the burn with it’s complete formula of total body strengthening and toning, flexibility work and even a little fat-burning cardio.


Carve out a place in your schedule for this 1-hour barbell strength class that has something for everybody’s whole body.  This class suits both novice weight trainers and experienced lifters. Our head-to-toe format gives you a complete training experience set to fast-paced music that’s sure to get your heart pumping and your muscles burning.


Get back to basics in this 1-hour class that delves into all areas of fitness and formats. This class is a wonderful introduction to group exercise for newcomers or a great refresher for those who’ve been away for a while. Participants will engage in strength work, cardiovascular exercise, circuits, intervals and more. Get introduced or reintroduced to equipment like the bike, kettlebells, ropes, Bosus and stability balls. Come to learn. Stay to sweat.

Pilates meets Boxing meets Dance. HOW, you ask?? Pilates and Boxing share a very important commonality that is crucial to both – CORE. That is the theme. This dynamic program moves through heart-pumping, powerful boxing combinations to sculpting and lengthening Pilates-influenced movement to ‘let yourself GO’ dance releases, and back around again. Never have you enjoyed sweating so much.


This mind/body class will help you find your inner warrior. Using minimal equipment, we will guide you through 1 hour of traditional Mat Pilates and Yoga work with a steady flow of movement and poses designed to build heat in the muscles; focusing on areas like the lower body, core back, core front, hips and spine. Refine, reshape and refresh with this class- sure to engage your whole self- mind, body and soul.

Spin…what?? This class is the marriage between two seemlingly polar opposite formats that combine to give you a holistic workout. Spin + Yoga come together and provide an accessible hour with benefits for all ages and fitness levels. Experience the physical intensity of cycling, balanced with the mental relaxation of Yoga exercises designed to bring release to target areas like the lower back, hamstrings and shoulders. Spinyasa will jumpstart your heart and then soothe your cares away.


Wind down your week with this peaceful 1-hour mind and body experience.  This class is a great introduction to the world of Pilates and Yoga and also an excellent option for the fitness enthusiast who’s been grinding hard all week.  Bliss Flow features fluid strength exercises with an emphasis on flexibility and release that will leave you in a serene state of mind and full of joy.
