Here is a brand new breakfast recipe that will get your day off to a GREAT start. Not only is it delicious, but it’s a make-ahead meal that’ll help you sneak in some veggies first thing in the morning. The US Centers for Disease Control says that only 10% of Americans get enough veggies in their diet, so making a habit of adding them to your breakfast is a GREAT idea.

Here is a suggestion that might seem a little counterintuitive, but it’s pretty fantastic advice. There are times in life when we feel the stress – whether it’s everyday stress because of hectic schedules, etc., or because of job changes, life changes, or even changes in our health.

Semi-serious question for you: How often do you think about your muscles? (besides how they look. ;-) ) We expect our muscles to be able to perform for us at a second’s notice. But what do we do to take care of them so that they can accomplish when we need them?

Ever feel like you’re out of touch with your body’s signals when it comes to when to eat, what to eat, and/or how much? You’re not alone. It’s especially common if you’ve been following diets or restrictive eating patterns to lose or gain weight, or because of participating in sports that emphasize a certain “look” or use weight classes.

We are sharing this because we could often OVERTHINK meal planning and prepping. His advice is so simple and so foolproof that it completely transformed how you approach your meals. Here it is: "As long as you put together ingredients that taste good, your meal is going to taste good."

Here's something you might be surprised to know if your social media feed is anything like mine. The "hustle and grind" is NOT the fastest path to your results.  In fact, for some people, it's a path to NOWHERE, especially if you have responsibilities like a career, family, home, pets, etc.!

This recipe is a DELICIOUS, no-cook lunch or dinner recipe. This idea is from chef Guy Fieri. Except it has a bit of a mix to make it: It's healthier, heartier, and so delicious. It's called the Kitchen Sink Salad because you can put anything you want in it.
