When I started working with the 360 Fitness team, I had plenty of health and fitness goals. But, they helped me exceed what I thought was possible... I never imagined being able to transform my body in just weeks!
Before training with the 360 Fitness team, I had done classes and programs before but would eventually plateau and stop getting results. I started with Michael’s small group training in their club and that’s when things really started changing for me. I finally got in the best shape of my life. Not to mention, working out with Michael, Melinda and the rest of the people in my group was rewarding and was a great way to start off my day!
