Check out our 360 spin on this healthy alternative to a traditional oatmeal cookie. These cookies are flour-free, egg-free (and can be gluten free) with no added sugar to-boot!
3 ripe bananas
2 cups rolled oats*
1/3 cup coconut oil (or applesauce)
1 tsp vanilla
cinnamon & nutmeg, to taste
dash sea salt
(optional: 1c dates or raisins)
*For a gluten free version, make sure your oats are gluten free.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mash bananas in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet in desired shape (cookies will not rise). Bake for 20 minutes or until light brown.
