  • White bread
  • Sweetened granola bars
  • Fried chicken
  • Mashed potato flakes
  • etc.

And even if it’s not addicting, studies have found these “foods” spur the reward pathways in your brain the identical way few drugs do.

So, not only is this “food” not suitable for you, it makes you desire more extra of it.

Ultra-processed foods are a massive area of research right now.

Quotes are around “food” because it bears minimal resemblance to real food. It has been removed from its nutrition (fiber and micronutrients).

But it all begins with AWARENESS.

Start paying noticing to what you’re desiring (and what foods you are consuming). Stay on course!

Pen down what you’re craving, and also when. Documenting all of this will encourage you to find patterns – and it’s also a great way to start taking back direction.

Notice everything of any cravings you have. Pay careful attention and follow the track.
