Transform Your Body
Our signature HEAT workout is designed to work from head to toe and ignite your metabolism. High intensity intervals incorporate safe and effective exercises that will give your body a strong foundation for a lifetime and condition your body to become a fat-burning, energy-creating machine. We recommend 2-3 of these sessions per week with at least one recovery day in between. With our unique approach to progression and program design, you will be able to advance safely and effectively no matter what fitness level you begin at.
45-Minute Intense And Efficient Workouts
45 minutes is our sweet spot. Just enough to squeeze it in your schedule and not put a dent in your daily routine. Working out in just 45 minutes can allow for a really effective workout to build muscle and strip fat.For building muscle we recommend doing H.E.A.T at least 2 to 3 times a week. For maximum fat loss, we recommend pairing H.E.A.T. 2- 3 days a week supplemented up with our GX S.M.A.R.T System classes or 20-40 minutes of cardio on your off HEAT days.
