As far as health and fitness goes, I am definitely older and wiser. As far as health and fitness goes, I have come a long way. The question arises, though. Is it ever acceptable to dwell on the past? Yes, it most certainly is acceptable. We must look into our own past and remember the reason we decided to make a change. What caused you to stop and say to yourself, “I need to lose weight!” or “My arms would look better with 1 to 2 more inches of muscle on them!”?
